Hello, I do have the same problem. from sometime now my Dell G7 17 7790 RGB Backlight is not changing color it stuck with color light blue/ White. I can also see when I start my laptop it changes to all sort of color ( It means that my keyboard can change to different type of color and is working perfectly).

Yes, I did it, but it didn't work. Something is wrong with the BIOS, so I can't even find my keyboard light settings it looks like is disconnected, but it isn't because on the startup it lights in all the colors.
